Working out can sometimes seem dull and hard to get motivated for. Sometimes the comfort of your cozy bed or couch is hard to get off of. You know you have to workout, but you just cant bring yourself to it.

You either have not set any goals, you are not inspired, or you simply have NO MOTIVATION!

This is a place where can share our success stories, before and after pictures, and even tips and techniques to get motivated!

Reading other peoples stories is a great way to relate to others and see first hand that anything is possible. If people that had the same goals as you do can succeed, then so can you!

Pictures are a great way to get weight lifting motivation and workout motivation as well! People get inspired by they're favorite bodybuilders, or by looking at pictures of what they used to look like. Before and after pictures are also a very powerful tool for inspiration.

A lot of people like to listen to music while they workout, this in itself is a very popular motivation tool while working out. There is nothing like getting pumped to your very song while at the gym. Share some of your favorite workout songs!
